Flown The Coup

Last year we had a hummingbird feeder near the window and enjoyed watching them feed as well.
This is the second year I've had the opportunity to watch a bird build a nest and then lay eggs. The eggs hatch and then the hatchlings looking to be fed.

Last year they built their nest in my grill and I had to wait a few weeks before I could cook out, this year, however, they built the nest in the eves of our deck roof.
They grow so fast and before you think it's possible, they are gone. I'm sure they'll be back again next year, though.
And That's What I Think.

You did good, the pictures of the baby birds are so cute. It's amazing how you got the pictures with out the mommy bird flying off.
It's kinda' cool the way they come back and build in your deck, since they couldn't get you your grill any more.
